Refund & Returns Policy — Blaze Athletic
At Blaze Athletic, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or opened nutrition products.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@blazeathletic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at returns@blazeathletic.co.uk.

- Opened nutrition supplements
- Underwear and socks
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
