The hassle free returns policy at Blaze Athletic ensures that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Our goal is to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return under our hassle-free returns policy, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached and it should be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned under our hassle-free returns policy, including:
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@blazeathletic.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We are committed to ensuring a simple return process as stated in our hassle-free returns policy.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there has been an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in line with our hassle-free returns policy.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, you must return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Your Statutory Rights
It is important to note that nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
